“Palm Jumeirah” leads the sales of Dubai regions, with a total value of more than 13 billion dirhams, resulting in 1341 deals, out of total sales in the local real estate market in Dubai that amounted to 175 billion dirhams through 59,802 deals since the beginning of the year 2023 until today.
