Real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department amounted to more than two billion dirhams, as the department witnessed, on Tuesday, the registration of 512 pledges of allegiance at a value of 1.39 billion dirhams, including 49 pledges of allegiance to land, at a value of 315.57 million dirhams, and 463 pledges of allegiance to apartments and villas, at a value of 1.08 billion dirhams.
The most important land sales came with a value of 29 million dirhams in Al Habiya Fifth District, followed by a pledge of 23 million dirhams in Wadi Al Safa 3, followed by a pledge of 23 million dirhams in the Nad Hessa area.
The fifth Al-Habibiyah region topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, as it recorded 18 sales at a value of 105 million dirhams, followed by the first Jebel Ali region, with 5 sales at a value of 15 million dirhams, and a third in Me’aisem the first, with 4 sales at a value of 54 million dirhams.
As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, it came to the value of 72 million dirhams in the Al Hamriyah region, as the most important sales, followed by the allegiance of 30 million dirhams in the Business Bay area, and finally the allegiance of 27 million dirhams in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area.
Al Barsha, south of the fourth district, topped the areas in terms of the number of sales of apartments and villas, as it recorded 62 sales, at a value of 48 million dirhams, followed by Dubai Marina, with 55 sales, at a value of 199 million dirhams, and third in the Business Bay, with 37 sales at a value of 101 million dirhams.
The mortgages recorded a value of 562.97 million dirhams, of which 18 land mortgages amounted to 377.49 million dirhams and 80 mortgages of villas and apartments amounted to 185.48 million dirhams.
As for donations, 23 donations were recorded, with a value of 59.9 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area, with a value of 26 million dirhams, and another in the Dubai Marina area, with a value of 16 million dirhams.
