The Permanent Committee of Saudi Arbitration Centers has issued the first license for a Saudi Arbitration Center to the Saudi Center for Real Estate Arbitration.
The license of the Saudi Center for Real Estate Arbitration comes as the first license issued by the Permanent Committee of Saudi Arbitration Centers after the issuance of the rules of licensing for the Saudi centers and published in the Official Gazette last November, marking the start of its activities and the start of granting licenses to establish Saudi arbitration centers.
It is worth mentioning that the Permanent Committee of Saudi Arbitration Centers is working to grant licenses to establish Saudi arbitration centers and, through the regulations and special requirements, ensure that these centers are characterized by a high degree of quality that ensures the high standards of arbitration in line with the vision of the Kingdom 2030, relieves burdens from the public judiciary and stimulates foreign investments And encourages them in view of the speed of decision on arbitration cases to support the judiciary and business sectors, where it is expected that the year 2019 will grant licenses to a number of arbitration centers.
