Tadweer produces one million tons of recycled materials

The Abu Dhabi Center for Waste Management (Tadweer) announced the production of more than one million tons of recycled products from waste across the emirate during the first half of this year.

During the first six months of 2022, the center was able to produce about 14 thousand tons of fertilizers of various kinds, including vegetable manure, animal manure, mixed manure and poultry manure resulting from the recycling of green and animal waste, and the production of more than one million tons of gravel of various sizes through recycling Demolition and construction waste, in addition to the production of about 26,000 tons of rubber products resulting from tire recycling.
