New amendments to the educational tracks in the Emirates next year

The Emirates Foundation for School Education revealed the introduction of new amendments to the educational paths in public and private schools that follow the curriculum of the Ministry of Education. According to which, the name of the elite track is changed to the advanced track in the second cycle, and the ninth grade students in the third cycle, “the elite track”, are merged with the students of the advanced track to better support students in their educational journey, to be applied starting from the next academic year 2023-2024.

This came within the framework of the institution’s preparation for the next academic year 2023-2024; She emphasized that the amendments are based in their content on a number of evaluations and studies conducted by the Foundation with the educational field with the aim of improving the quality of the outputs of the national educational system by harmonizing the educational paths, in a way that achieves the goals of all educational stages.

The Foundation stated that the amendments include merging the content of the advanced science program for outstanding students with the advanced track, to provide more opportunities for students to acquire new skills, explaining that there are minor modifications to the study plans to match the days of the week (4.5 working days), and an item (guidelines) has been added. ) in the study plan file to clarify the notes according to the seminars to ensure the quality of the implementation of the study plan for the next year 2023-2024.
The Foundation attached to school administrations the study plan for the next academic year to enable them to design school schedules for the next academic year, as the latter focused on taking the necessary measures and informing all parties of the educational process.
