Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) has recorded a remarkable presence at the third edition of the Fintec Abu Dhabi Financial Technology Festival, which was hosted by Abu Dhabi for three days.

His Excellency Khalifa Salem Al Mansouri, Acting Chief Executive Officer of Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX), participated in the “Youth Workshop” held on the second day of the festival with the theme “Empowering the UAE Youth to Embrace Financial Technology Opportunities”.
His Excellency highlighted the pivotal role that young people play in promoting digital acceleration programs in the financial markets, which led the Abu Dhabi Securities Market to attract them to this sector in active partnerships with scientific institutions and research programs specialized in the financial and investment sector. This course aims to promote the growth of capital markets in the UAE with young human resources, and to create national competencies to enable the market to achieve its objectives. The strategy is to leverage education initiatives, lead thought and expand the investor base.
Al Mansoori stressed that the digital acceleration provides a sustainable financial performance through which it facilitates access to various sources of income, and helps in the development of market mechanisms and performance and in the flow of information more effectively and accurately, driving economic growth.
