The National Program for Behavioral Rewards – the “Danat Behavior” initiative – launched the 90-day challenge, as part of the program’s objectives, which began in early January and will continue until early April.
The “90-day” challenge falls under several main axes: healthy living and healthy nutrition, and this is shown by offering various publications to attract followers and urge them to start a healthy daily routine.
The “90-day” challenge includes 4 types, divided into two main challenges: the challenge of walking 700,000 steps, at an average of 233,000 steps per month, and the challenge of cycling for a total of 36 hours over 3 months, equivalent to 12 hours per month.
