Dubai unveils 3 new towers worth 10 billion dirhams, “Serenia Living”, “Al Habtoor Tower” and “Bugatti”

In Dubai, on Thursday, he announced 3 real estate projects worth more than 10 billion dirhams. The Al Habtoor Group announced the appointment of China Railway 18th Bureau Group Ltd as the main contractor for the Al Habtoor Tower project in Al Habtoor City in the heart of Dubai, with a total investment value of 3.7 billion dirhams, to be completed within 36 months.

It is noteworthy that the “Al Habtoor Tower” will be the largest residential building in the world. It includes 1,701 apartments on an area of 3,517,313 square feet, distributed over 81 floors (G+7+73) above ground.

For its part, Palma Real Estate Development Company announced the appointment of “Khansaheb” as the main contractor for its project “Serenia Living”. Where the luxury project is located on the first plot of land will consist of the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah. The project, worth 3 billion dirhams, is expected to be completed in the last quarter of 2025.

Likewise, “Binghatti Real Estate” and the “Bugatti” luxury car company announced a project worth 3.67 billion dirhams. Where “Binghatti Real Estate” and “Bugatti” are collaborating to create a luxury residential project in the “Business Bay” area of Dubai. The luxury residential project, Bugatti, was unveiled during a special ceremony held on Wednesday at Coca-Cola Arena.

Binghatti Real Estate and Bugatti are cooperating; With the aim of establishing the world’s first luxury residential project under the “Bugatti” brand, in the Business Bay area.

The project includes 171 French Riviera-inspired luxury homes and 11 penthouse-style apartments, each of which will be completely unique with specially created designs.
