Dubai, June 5 / Dubai Investments announced the sale of the entire first phase of the Dana Bay project, which has an investment value of one billion dirhams. It is an integrated beach community that contributes to setting new standards in Al Marjan Island for profitable investment in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah.
Obaid Al Salami, General Manager of Dubai Real Estate Investment Company, said that the design of the “Dana Bay” project aims to provide an ideal environment for living, and provides a profitable investment opportunity in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah, which is witnessing prosperity and widespread development. This project contributes to redefining and defining the experience of living on the beach, and the response and results achieved in the first phase constitute a promising achievement and a strong incentive with the aspiration to enhance the company’s position and its future projects.
Building and construction work has started on the first phase of the “Dana Bay” project, and the handover is scheduled to take place in the first quarter of 2025. The project extends over an area of 90,000 square meters with 40,000 square meters of beaches, and includes 188 villas along with townhouses. 2-bedroom rooftop terrace villas, 3 and 4-bedroom beachfront villas, and 5-bedroom waterfront villas. The residential tower of the project also includes 107 apartments, ranging from one-bedroom apartments to four-bedroom penthouses.
The “Dana Bay” project includes the Grand Millennium Hotel, which includes 300 rooms and many beach leisure facilities. The construction work on the hotel is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2026.
