Detailed data published by Skyscanner indicated that the UAE had the highest number of travel bookings to Qatar during the event period, followed by the United Kingdom and then Japan. Dubai has become the world’s first departure point to reach Qatar during the football event, which indicates the choice of football fans for the Emirates to move to Qatar and attend the matches. The numbers showed a continuous increase in ticket reservations to the UAE since the beginning of the year, and during the period of the global football event, where this increase reached 114% during the month of September compared to the previous month.
