Study: Multivitamins may benefit older adults’ cognitive abilities

A new study, funded in part by the US chocolate maker Mars Research, finds no benefit for older adults taking a cocoa extract supplement despite previous research suggesting it may benefit reasoning and reasoning skills.

The researchers found that older adults may improve their intellectual function and protect themselves from cognitive decline by taking a daily multivitamin.
