UAE, Bangladeshi companies sign memorandum of understanding in energy field

A number of UAE investment companies and their counterparts in Bangladesh have signed memorandums of understanding for investment, energy work and infrastructure development in energy production in Bangladesh, in the presence of HE Saed Mohammed Al Muhairi, UAE Ambassador to the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.
The memo seeks to invest in the energy and renewable energy sector, develop the special economic logic in Bangladesh, develop ports and free zones, provide community smart solutions, marine services and maritime transportation such as rail and logistics, as well as residential, commercial, industrial, tourism, hospitality and health services.
