Industry of amman and Industrial Cities sign memorandum to promote national industry

Amman, Jordan – The Amman-based Amman-based Industrial Development Company (MADI) and the Industrial Cities Company (MEC) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Wednesday to promote national industry.
The Chairman of the Amman Chamber of Industry, Eng. Fathi Al-Jaghbir, stressed the importance of building strong relations and establishing a long-term strategic relationship with the ministries and public institutions related to industrial work, reflecting the concept of true partnership between the two sectors to contribute to the development and promotion of Jordanian industrial products.
Al-Jaghbir praised the significant role played by the Industrial Cities Company in expanding development gains to include all the governorates of the Kingdom through expanding the construction of industrial cities to cover the three regions of the Kingdom north, center and south.
For his part, the General Manager of the Industrial Cities Company Omar Juayad said that the company welcomes cooperation with the Amman Chamber of Industry and the Made in Jordan campaign for the importance of the industrial sector in supporting the national economy and the employment of the national workforce, thus contributing to supporting investment and investors in the industrial zones.
For his part, the head of the campaign “Made in Jordan” Engineer Musa Al-Saket, said the memorandum includes the establishment of joint events is the establishment of a series of seminars and workshops in the facilities of the Industrial Cities Company in various provinces of the Kingdom.
It also includes organizing a series of industrial exhibitions aimed at assisting industrial companies in promoting their various products, distributing promotional materials for the campaign to be developed and distributed, exchanging information about external exhibitions, and benefiting from the database of the Chamber’s employees and companies located in the industrial cities of the company, the campaign.
