His Highness Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid praised the efforts made by the Ministry of Justice to provide everything that supports the message of justice and equality among all members of society to enhance its stability, spread tranquility and safety, achieve the interests, satisfaction and happiness of customers, and keep pace with the technical developments in the world, which reflects the progress and development of our country and the distinguished position it has reached and the comprehensive development renaissance it is witnessing.
This came during the reception of His Highness, Crown Prince of Ajman, at the Ruler’s Court, yesterday, Thursday, Abdullah Sultan bin Awad Al Nuaimi, Minister of Justice, who briefed His Highness on the plans, programs and projects implemented by the Ministry of Justice and its strategic vision for the next stage.
His Highness listened to a detailed explanation from the Minister of Justice about the goals and plans of the ministry in the areas of laws and legislation and their development with the aim of ensuring the preservation and guarantee of the rights of all members of society, and the consolidation of the foundations of justice and the principles of respect for the law by upgrading the judicial system in the country, and making it the most efficient and fastest in the world in providing its services.
The Minister of Justice said that the UAE, with the support and guidance of its wise leadership, has advanced in many competitive indicators at the regional and international levels, especially in the field of transparency, the rule of law, and the efficiency of regulatory and legal frameworks, thanks to the development of legislation and the legal system that kept pace with global developments, which directly contributed to pioneering indicators of business efficiency and attracting investments in an encouraging and stimulating environment with global competitiveness.
