Sharjah Chamber discusses economic partnership opportunities with Tajikistan

Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SCCI) discussed with a delegation from the Republic of Tajikistan the prospects of joint cooperation and increasing trade exchange and opportunities for economic partnerships with the business communities in Sharjah and Tajikistan in a number of important sectors on both sides.
This came during a recent meeting between the two parties attended by HE Walid Bukhatir, Second Vice Chairman of Sharjah Chamber of Commerce, HE Sharifi Bahadur Mahmudzadeh, Ambassador of the Republic of Tajikistan, Jamshid Jamkhonzadeh, President of Tajikistan Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Mohammed Ahmed Amin Al Awadhi, Director General of Sharjah Chamber, and Abdulrahman Abdulrahman, Consul General. Tajik State President, HE Adel Sangov, Vice-President of Tajikistan Chamber, Jassem Al-Mutawa, Advisor on Relations with CIS and a number of Chamber officials.
His Excellency Walid Bukhatir expressed the aspirations of the Sharjah Chamber for the meeting to be a new start towards broader horizons of bilateral relations and economic cooperation between the UAE and Tajikistan in general and with the Emirate of Sharjah in particular.
He stressed the importance of providing the businessmen with an opportunity to discuss the possible cooperation prospects and investment opportunities available to both sides in a way that contributes to strengthening and strengthening bilateral and economic relations and reflected on increasing the volume of trade exchange between the two friendly countries.
Bukhatir pointed out that the Emirate of Sharjah has become a major economic center in the region and a destination for international companies wishing to enter the regional markets thanks to its distinctive investment climate and provide great opportunities for regional and global investment in a work environment with competitive advantages and a sophisticated legislative system that provides distinctive services and facilities. Which helps companies to develop their business and continue their success and enhance their revenues within the framework of their development vision aimed at diversifying the production base of its economy and the development of non-oil exports.
Bukhatir affirmed that there are wide opportunities to enhance economic, trade and investment cooperation between Tajikistan and Sharjah in many sectors. He pointed out that the relations between the Arab countries and the Central Asian countries are strong relations at various levels and are based on strong historical and cultural ties that contributed to provide an important model of work. Which opens up broad prospects for cooperation in various fields.
For his part, HE Mohammed Amin Al Awadi said that the Sharjah Chamber is ready to provide all forms of support to Tajik companies wishing to invest in Sharjah by providing all the privileges and facilities in addition to providing advice and advice to businessmen and directing them to the sectors with great competitiveness and high export capacity and provide all forms of support Logistic to develop trade and economic relations between the UAE and Tajikistan .. Inviting Tajik businessmen to participate in international exhibitions organized by the Expo Center Sharjah to promote products and take advantage of the benefits granted.
Al-Awadhi stressed the keenness of the Chamber to strengthen the bridges of cooperation between the business community in Sharjah with their counterparts in Tajikistan as the investment opportunities enjoyed by the two sides can establish strong strategic partnerships for his part through His Excellency Jamshid Jemkhonzadeh expressed his happiness to hold this important meeting to discuss the opportunities of economic cooperation and trade exchange between the two sides. He pointed out the availability of many investment opportunities in Tajikistan, which can be utilized and optimized and praised the investment climate and strategic location and business environment that is characterized by the Emirate of Sharjah in terms of legislation and laws that It encourages investment and protect investors, declaring his desire to strengthen cooperation with the Sharjah Chamber and the framing of these relations in a memorandum of understanding to support the two orientations.
