A delegation from the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry reviewed the best practices applied in Saudi dates festivals.
The delegation visited the activities of the “Buraidah Dates Festival” in its 40th version in the dates city of the Secretariat of the Qassim region and also visited the “Onaiza Dates Festival” in the province of Onaizah festival Sukkariya red comet and the Bukayriyah Dates season, in order to see the best practices and benefit from innovative ideas in dates festivals in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Saudi Arabia and gain new experiences in the management of festivals.
The visit included a number of constructive working meetings with the members of the organizing committees of the festivals.
The delegation included representatives of the Al Dhaid Wet Festival committee, Mohammed Musabah Al Tunaiji, director of Sharjah Chamber branch in Al Dhaid and general coordinator of Al Dhaid Wet Festival, along with Mohammed Ahmed Al Darmaki, director of Sharjah Chamber branch in Khorfakkan, chairman of the coordination and follow-up committee, and Rashid Muheir Al Ketbi, chairman of the Al Dhaid Festival jury.
