Dubai Chamber identifies the private sector with the benefits and impact of bankruptcy law

Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI) organized a workshop on bankruptcy law at its headquarters.
The workshop, organized by the Chamber in collaboration with the PSA Office, was attended by members of the Dubai Chamber, lawyers, legal practitioners, managers, business owners, consultants, investors, financial managers and financial auditors.
The workshop reviewed the main advantages of the bankruptcy law in the country and the latest changes in this law and the impact of the law on businesses, companies and institutions and highlight the most important results since the enactment of this law in 2016 in addition to reviewing how to apply it in the country.
