The index of major Saudi stocks closed today, up 16.29 points to close at 7799.77 points, and trades worth more than 4.6 billion riyals.
The number of shares traded was more than 224 million shares, which were shared by more than 119 thousand transactions, with the shares of 104 companies rose in value, while the shares of 76 companies closed down.
Dar Al Arkan, Al Sorayai, Astra Industrial, Mineral and Shaqir were the top gainers, while Cable, Saudi Cement, SAB, Exstra and South Cement were the most active losers, with a rise of 7.63% and 4.35% .
Dar Al Arkan, Al-Enmaa, Al Jazeera, Saudi Kayan and Um Al-Qura Cement were the most active. Dar Al Arkan, Al-Anma, Sabic, Al-Masafi and Al-Jazira were the most active.
The index of Saudi equities (growth) today closed down 41.84 points to close at 2894.89 points, and trades exceeded 2.8 million riyals, and the number of shares traded more than 66 thousand shares shared 166 transactions.
