His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, with God’s protection and patronage, arrived on Tuesday in Algiers to head the UAE delegation participating in the 31st Arab Summit, whose work is scheduled to begin later today and conclude on Wednesday.
