Abu Dhabi Business Center is organizing scrap trade activities in Mussafah

Abu Dhabi Business Center (ADDC) organized a workshop in the Department of Economic Development in Abu Dhabi to organize scrap and junk trade activities in all regions of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
“The workshop comes within the framework of the Department’s keenness to develop and improve services at the level of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi through the establishment of requirements and controls on some service activities that would contribute to highlighting the distinctive cultural face of the Emirate, especially in industrial cities,” said Mohammed Muneef Al Mansouri, .
He pointed out that during the workshop, new standards and requirements for scrap and scrap trade activities were presented to representatives of the private sector companies operating in these fields to be applied in all areas of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.
He pointed out that during the workshop, the views and suggestions of the participants from the owners of the “Scrap” shops regarding the new standards and requirements and their contribution to improving the working environment and enhancing the level of efficiency and quality of business in the area of ​​Mussaffah were presented to serve the objectives and aspirations of the future vision project for Mussaffah .
The workshop focused on raising the awareness of the audience about the importance of providing sales and purchase invoices, the existence of an electronic record to document the sales and purchase operations, surveillance cameras, adherence to the specified area and the aesthetic organization of the place of sale such as warehouse, display shelves, explanatory posters, etc., administrative office and payment methods “credit card” Like a grocery project organized at the emirate level.
He stressed the keenness of the department to take the remarks and proposals of representatives of the private sector participating in the workshop in line with the requirements of the practice of scorpion, noting that the new requirements and regulations for this activity aims to preserve the rights of consumers and ensure the delivery of service in accordance with standards and specifications distinct.
