The Dubai International Center for Accreditation of the Dubai Municipality has, for the past 10 years, started its steps towards universality since it gained international recognition for its accreditation services from international accreditation organizations.

The center focused on achieving the strategic plan of the Emirate, including the implementation of HSE standards, and enhancing its international recognition as a global capital for the Islamic economy, which resulted in the arrival of the Center to No. 1 globally by adopting the largest number of conformity and Halal certificates for food products and cosmetics. The Center’s celebration of the completion of its first decade of success since it received international accreditation from the accreditation organizations ILAC, IAF, APAC and ARAC coincides with the Accreditation and Conformity Day celebrations on 9 June each year.
She pointed out that the first ten years culminated in the adoption of the Center for 780 local and international bodies and gained a lot of credibility in its work.
