Egypt: Developing e Government portal to become an integrated service portal

Dr. Hala Al-Saeed, Minister of Planning, Follow-up and Administrative Reform of Egypt, has revealed the need to improve government services by developing the eGovernment portal to become a full portal for services provided to clients. This came during the opening of the Government Excellence Conference in cooperation with the UAE. The Minister affirmed that the State is working to expand the development and mechanization of the services provided to citizens in all governorates and to develop all local services.
