Egypt: COP27 Presidency announces its main objectives to support climate action

The Presidency of the 27th session of the Conference of Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change announced that the general objective of this year’s conference is to “implement” what was previously agreed upon in the Paris Climate Agreement.

The Presidency of the Conference stated on its official page on “Twitter” that COP27 will work to combat climate change, and mobilize world leaders once again towards climate action.
