Egypt and the UAE are discussing strengthening cooperation in government modernization and service development

The governments of Egypt and the United Arab Emirates, within the framework of the strategic partnership in government modernization, held a coordination meeting to discuss the development of cooperation between the Ministry of Planning and Economic Development in Egypt and the government of the United Arab Emirates, the achievements of the strategic partnership in government modernization during the past period, and future prospects for its development.

The meeting was chaired by Dr. Ahmed Kamali, Deputy Minister of Planning and Economic Development, in the presence of Eng. Khaled Mustafa, Permanent Undersecretary of the Ministry and General Supervisor of the Egypt Award for Government Excellence, and Eng. Ashraf Abdel Hafeez, Assistant Minister of Planning and Economic Development for Digital Transformation, and from the Emirati side, Abdullah Nasser Lootah, Director General of the Prime Minister’s Office in Ministry of Cabinet Affairs, and Maryam Al Kaabi, UAE Ambassador to Egypt.
