One billion and 123 million riyals is a financial surplus in the general budget of the state in the Sultanate of Oman

. Muscat Media In: The state’s general budget recorded a surplus of about one billion and 123 million Omani riyals. The financial performance bulletin issued by the Omani Ministry of Finance yesterday indicated that the state’s public revenues rose by 43.4 percent, recording 10 billion 567 million Omani riyals. The increase in oil and production revenues contributed to the growth of revenues. The financial performance bulletin showed that the net collected oil and gas production rose by 51%, recording 8 billion 102 million Omani riyals, and the collected current revenues amounted to two billion and 450 million Omani riyals, an increase of 22.3%.
