Emirati relief supplies reach the Sudanese villages of “Gadarif” most affected by floods and torrential rains

Khartoum On September 9, the UAE continued its relief and humanitarian efforts on the Sudanese scene by distributing food and shelter aid to families affected by torrential rains and floods in Gedaref state within two Emirati relief air bridges to support the brotherly Sudanese people.

The residents of the state expressed their thanks to the UAE leadership and people for its noble humanitarian stand by the Sudanese people in their humanitarian crisis.

The bulk of the aid was distributed to the affected villages of Al-Faw locality in Gedaref state, with 500 food baskets, in addition to more than 500 blankets and 500 mosquito nets, benefiting 3,500 people.
