Nestlé, the giant food giant, said it would pay $ 7.15 billion to buy the rights to sell Starbucks chain products around the world as part of an alliance to bring life to the coffee-related businesses.
The deal, on Monday, reinforces Nestlé’s position as Starbucks, the world’s largest coffee maker, tries to establish itself in a rapidly changing market.
Nestlé says it expects the Starbucks coffee and beverage deal to increase profits by 2019.
