The Tunisian economy grew by 1.1% during the first half of this year

During the first half of this year, the Tunisian economy registered a growth rate of 1.1%, following the increase of GDP by 1.2% during the second quarter of this year compared to the same period last year.
The Tunisian Institute of Statistics attributed this increase to the high performance of the marketed services, agriculture and fishing sectors, despite the decline in the added value in the laboratory and non-laboratory industries, which declined during the second third of the same year.
