A goal that employs 38,000 researchers and job seekers in Saudi Arabia

The Human Resources Development Fund (HDAF) revealed that 38,527 researchers and job seekers were employed during 2018, of which 27,744 are job seekers, 10,783 are job seekers and 891 are persons with disabilities through the Fund’s branches located in different regions and governorates of the Kingdom .
He pointed out that the call center of the customer service sector in the Fund received about one million calls in 2018, while the handling of customer complaints 94%, while the number of visitors to HRDF.ORG.SA site of the Fund 1.6 million visitors, The customer satisfaction rate for the services, programs and channels reached 80%, while the aim of the goal is to develop all channels to raise the level of customer satisfaction in the coming period.
