Dubai Economic Leadership Diploma Launched

Dubai Economic Department (DED) has launched the Dubai Economic Leadership Diploma program in collaboration with the Dubai Institute for Human Resources Development (DIHRD).
The program aims to enhance the management skills and abilities of the second and third grade leaders in Dubai’s economy and its institutions.
The first cycle of the program consists of 14 employees from different departments and departments, to ensure that the targeted strategies are met within the plans to develop and qualify the cadres in the Dubai economy and its institutions. The diploma includes 3 main axes including: knowledge, technical “specialist” and behavioral, and employees will receive at least About 280 hours of specialized programs and courses throughout the Diploma period.
Ahmed Al Muhairi, Director of Human Resources Department at the Dubai Economic Department, stressed the importance of launching the first cycle of the professional program in partnership with the Dubai Institute for Human Resources Development, to provide participants with the skills to support them to hone leadership skills, build personality, and guide them to exercise their roles in non-traditional and innovative ways, which contributes Achieving good leadership trends and building influential business leaders in the field.
For her part, Mona Buhumaid, Director of Development and Partnerships at Dubai Institute for Human Resources Development, affiliated to the Department of Human Resources of the Government of Dubai, said that the Institute develops training programs that meet the needs of government agencies and are compatible with the future aspirations of the Dubai Government.
