Etisalat today launched the Robotic Center of Excellence, which offers innovative digital solutions that enhance performance and enhance customer satisfaction and satisfaction.
The launch of the ROBOT is one of the innovative initiatives announced by Etisalat to celebrate Emirates Innovation Day. The initial launch of the center was held in February last year and started with six robots. Today, the center has 76 advanced robotics, Etisalat for Business Services and Order Management.
The introduction of robotics / robot automation is part of Etisalat’s ongoing quest to lead the digital future to empower communities in line with the UAE’s National Innovation Strategy 2021 to make the UAE one of the most innovative countries in the world through seven main axes, Technology.
“The launch of the Etisalat Mobility Center fulfills the advanced digital needs of customers as transaction automation enhances customer satisfaction by enhancing efficiency, speed and accuracy,” said Salvador Englada, Chief Executive Officer, Etisalat Group.
