The exchange rate of the US dollar against the Russian ruble rose slightly at the opening of trading on the Moscow Stock Exchange today.
The exchange rate of the dollar rose by 12 p.m. Moscow time by 6 kopek to 65.65 rubles, while the single currency exchange rate rose 16 to 74.58 rubles.
