Sharjah Economic .. Quality services to the city of Hamriyah

During its meeting with the Municipality of Hamriyah City Council, the Department of Economic Development discussed the addition of a number of quality and developmental services to serve the Hamriyah area in Sharjah, based on the common objective of developing the emirate’s economy.
The meeting reviewed the data and statistics on the economic activities in Hamriyah city and discussed the developmental requirements of the city’s citizens, which are at the heart of their needs and within the jurisdiction of the department to meet the needs of the business sector and promote economic growth in general.
The two sides discussed the procedures followed in registering licenses, as well as the delegation to the structure of the data in the past years and the strategy adopted in addition to the latest technologies and solutions used in the department.
His Excellency Sultan Abdullah bin Hadda Al Suwaidi, Chairman of Sharjah Economic Development Department, said: “These meetings seek to develop an integrated vision to achieve economic development in all cities of the Emirate in order to meet the needs of business sectors and promote economic growth in Sharjah.” This is positively affecting the emirate’s GDP. He pointed out that the business environment in Sharjah is best in the region thanks to the simplified procedures adopted by the Department of Economic Development and all other government agencies.
He pointed out that the Department is guided by the vision of His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, the importance of developing the role of commercial and industrial sectors in achieving comprehensive sustainable development.
For his part, the visiting delegation commended the excellent and continuous cooperation with the Department of Economic Development, stressing the importance of enhancing cooperation and coordination with the Department to contribute to the development of the joint work system to find outputs that serve all parties to improve the levels of service provided to investors, which is in the direction of the State towards building a strong and solid economy It is characterized by knowledge and sustainability, supports attracting foreign investments in all sectors and enhances the country’s competitiveness at the global level.
