The Ministry of Housing confirmed the continuation of the detention operations in the latest six projects announced by the beginning of May neighbor, where these projects provide more than 14 thousand housing units and a variety of spaces and prices.
The ministry revealed the booking of two stages of the project “Hills Sunset” in the Prince Fawaz district, Jeddah, and the launch of the third phase, in addition to the completion of booking 96% of its projects in Medina.
According to Ministry statistics, the total number of reservations in the “Sunset Hills” project exceeds 2286 units from the total number of units of 6,900 units, while the number of reservations in the “Retaj” project in Makkah is 1502 units of the total units of the project 4500 housing units.
On the projects of Medina, the ministry explained that because of the great demand and the characteristics of the two strategic sites not more than 8 kilometers from the Prophet’s Mosque, they were booked by 96%, and in the project “Dora city” completed 654 units of the total units 694, and in the “Good Gate” project booked 472 of 477 housing units.
In the two Riyadh projects, the ministry explained that 148 units of the 155-unit “Zayt Al-Zamil” project were booked, and 760 housing units were installed in the “Eshraq Living” of 2096 units announced.
The ministry called on the beneficiaries of the housing support to reserve their dates and visit the exhibitions to view the designs and designs available in those projects in order to complete the booking at the open projects sites. The Ministry of Housing continued to launch new housing projects in various regions and cities of the Kingdom, Providing diverse housing options that meet their expectations.
