MediaIn – Algeria 20 June 2018

Algeria’s trade deficit registered a decline of 63.7% during the first five months of this year, with a deficit of US $ 1,718 billion compared to US $ 4,734 billion for the same period last year.
The Algerian customs said in a statement that the decline is due to higher export revenues by 16.31% compared to a decrease of imports by 2.7%.
