SAUDI ELECTRICITY COMPANY ANNOUNCES 25 EXHIBITIONS TO INTRODUCE “FIXED INVOICE” AND “MY ACCOUNT”

Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) has launched its mini-exhibitions with two new services in the Kingdom’s largest commercial markets as part of its awareness campaign for new services in the Kingdom.
Over the course of a month, the pioneers of 25 of the largest commercial centers in the various cities of the Kingdom will find a shack in which they will get a closer look at the “Fixed Bill” and “My Account” services from SAUDI ELECTRICITY.
The mini exhibitions, which are open from 4:30 pm to 11:30 pm, will be shown on two screens displaying the services of “My Account” and “Fixed Invoice”. Each booth also contains four computers where visitors can sign up for the services immediately, With tariff brochures distributed there. Those wishing to register via their smartphones or browse the company’s website will have at their disposal a wireless internet point and open.
In addition, a team of customer service offices is located in each pavilion to explain and define the services and to help subscribers register these services.
Al Nakheel Mall, Granada Mall, Al Hayat Mall, Salam Mall, Al Othaim Mall, Al Naseem, Al Qasr and Panorama in the capital will also find information and assistance about the two services.
The people of Jeddah and its visitors will find the same in Red Sea Mall, Arabian Mall and Salam Mall.
In the Eastern Province, the company’s leading representatives will be located at Al Rashed Mall in Khobar, as well as Dhahran Mall and Jubail Mall.
In the rest of the Kingdom, the beneficiaries of the company’s services are scheduled with them in Asir Mall, Al Ghunaim Mall, Juri Mall in Taif, Salma Mall in Hail, Tabuk Al Hokair Mall, Makkah Mall, , Arar Mall, Kadi Mall in Jizan, Al Nour Mall in Madinah, Al Ahsa Mall, Al Jouf Plaza and Al Nakheel Mall in Buraidah.
