The Jordanian Association for Scientific Research announced the holding of the fourth international economic conference entitled “Motivating the Jordanian Economy: Reality and Challenges” in Amman on the 21st of next month.
In a press statement on Sunday, the ministry called on all specialists, administrative and economic leaders, local community, university professors, financial and business experts, stakeholders and researchers to participate in this important conference to examine the reality of the Jordanian economy and ways to motivate it and benefit from successful scientific experiences in this regard.
The president of the conference, Dr. Anwar al-Batikhi, said that the timing of the conference was a goal, not a futile one, due to the reality of our reading of reality and future prospects. The aim is to attract those who are experienced and efficient in formulating future visions to stimulate the Jordanian economy.
The conference aims at defining the Jordanian economy as a reality, describing and analyzing the future prospects, the reality of the Jordanian economy, anticipating opportunities, limiting the challenges and presenting studies and research that will stimulate the economy, dialogue and exchange of views to achieve effective partnership between the academic sector and the public and private sectors.
The most important axes and working papers dealt with by the conference, according to al-Batikhi, are financial and monetary stability, crisis forecasting, monetary stability, Jordanian banking system, monetary and monetary policy in Jordan, stimulating the Jordanian economy, economic stimulus plan, investment reality in Jordan, modern mechanisms in project management and the role of management in stimulating and supporting the economy and knowledge economy. The economic environment and its challenges, the ethics of the knowledge economy, management, the environment, social responsibility, good governance, crisis management, and modern methods of developing and managing the Human resources, creativity and leadership, and others.
Dr. Ahmed Siam, Chairman of the Preparatory Committee for the Conference, said that this conference is considered as a scientific conference that is wise and in line with the international standards for the arbitration of scientific research and carries the international serial number 5602-5620.
It is noteworthy that the Jordanian Association for Scientific Research held three previous economic conferences and several scientific conferences that touch the needs of Jordan in various fields will work to raise the recommendations of this conference to the decision-makers to benefit from them.
The association, established in 1999, succeeded in supporting scientific research programs in Jordan, developing mechanisms to support it, linking it to development issues, communicating with the results of scientific and applied research, and deepening the communication between scientific thought and decision makers.
