On the sidelines of its participation in the 39th edition of GITEX Technology Week 2019, the Ministry of Finance held an interactive discussion session on the e-Dirham system and a specialized workshop for government agencies on the new e-revenue refund system for service and transaction fees at federal entities.
This comes within the framework of the Ministry’s continuous efforts to enhance joint coordination with the federal authorities to advance the digital transformation in the country and a commitment to support government directions to enhance the level of federal government services and provide them through digital channels for customers.
HE Saeed Rashid Al Yateem, Assistant Undersecretary for Resources and Budget Affairs at the Ministry of Finance, praised the important role played by the ministry in developing and improving the level of financial services and procedures provided to customers to enhance the quality of these services and achieve the optimum investment of time, effort and resources and enhance the security of information. To ensure solutions to facilitate procedures and provide services according to the highest standards of quality and transparency to ensure the speed of completion and accuracy of transactions and raise the proportion of customer satisfaction to meet their aspirations and in line with national efforts to achieve the goals of sustainable development The UAE has been implemented to ensure the prosperity and happiness of society.
The specialized workshop presented by the Ministry team included an explanation about the e-Revenue Reply System, its importance and method of use, a presentation on the customer’s journey in the system, in addition to discussing the future steps related to the development of the current system, namely linking the system with the operating systems of the federal government agencies and enhancing the happiness and satisfaction of the customer. The customer’s journey in the program is accelerated based on customer evaluation of certain features and give additional support to customers through the new administrator portal that enables you to manage customer accounts easily and make the revenue refund system more flexible in terms of The use of auditors and auditors from the ministries will also add an additional review of the level of auditors to become three levels of review.
