The real estate transactions in the Dubai Land Department achieved more than AED 4 billion during the week, with 952 sales worth AED 1.7 billion, including 98 land sales worth AED 600 million and 854 sales of apartments and villas worth AED 1.1 billion.
The most important land sales were AED 110 million in Nad Al Hessa, followed by AED 64 million in Al Sufouh II followed by AED 43 million in Al Habiya 4.
Al-Efra 2 topped the number of sales with 18 sales worth AED 25 million, followed by Wadi Al Safa 5 with 8 sales valued at AED 24 million and third in Al-Khawaneej with 7 sales worth AED 21 million.
As for the most important sales of apartments and villas, AED 13 million was sold in Dubai Marina, followed by AED 12 million in Palm Jumeirah and AED 8 million in Palm Jumeirah.
Airport City topped the list in terms of sales of apartments and villas with 112 sales worth AED 129 million, followed by Business Bay with 111 sales worth AED 132 million and third in the first two lagoons with 69 sales worth AED 108 million.
The mortgages recorded a value of 2.3 billion dirhams, including 95 mortgages for land worth 1.7 billion dirhams and 238 mortgages for villas and apartments valued at 600 million dirhams, the most important in the island of the second area of 656 million dirhams and the other in the second area of 241 million dirhams.
