The program is part of the operational framework of the National Transition Strategy and contributes to the advancement of investment through its suppliers in several key areas, including: local goods and services, job creation for Saudis, training and development of youth, supplier development and research and development.
He pointed out that the strategic vision of the company includes enabling the Saudi energy sector to become more active and competitive in the world through three axes: the settlement of goods and services to 70%, the generation of direct and indirect jobs for the citizens of the country, In the energy sector by 30%. Through these axes, the program becomes a main source of prosperity, increasing the efficiency of the energy and development sector in the Kingdom, not “efficiency” without “efficiency” or “sufficiency” without “efficiency”. Launching the Vision 2030 for the Kingdom and the National Transition Program 20 20, as the overall context in the Kingdom has become more supportive of the orientation of a program of empowerment, which has become a factor of empowerment of vision.
