Bidaya Media and Strata sign a sponsorship agreement for the series “The Adventures of Mansour”

Bidaya Media has signed a strategic partnership agreement with Strata, an advanced industries company owned by Mubadala, to sponsor the new season of the famous Emirati cartoon series, “The Adventures of Mansour”.

Strata will sponsor the production of the new season, which will start in 2023, as part of its commitment to empowering the sons and daughters of the Emirates and contributing to the production of this popular work in the world.

Strata’s support will contribute to shedding light on the successes of the UAE and inspiring future generations by spreading cultural awareness, preserving national identity, and enhancing Emiratis’ sense of belonging to their homeland.

Strata also seeks, through its sponsorship of the series, to confirm its commitment to creating high-quality content in the Arabic language that focuses on children, in line with its efforts to highlight Emiratisation in the local community, and its commitment to the vision of the wise leadership of the country. Strata will support the role of the cartoon series as a platform that presents inspiring topics such as artificial intelligence, coding, and others, and will instill these values in the younger generation.

The popular animated series, which recently celebrated a decade of groundbreaking achievements, aims to connect directly with Arabic-speaking children and foster their passion for science, technology, engineering and mathematics, and establish the Emirati national identity and balanced lifestyle. Created by the award-winning creator, Rashed Al Harmoudi, the show has also grown in popularity, captivating the imagination of children across the Middle East.

The series “The Adventures of Mansour” has so far received more than two billion views on YouTube, three million subscribers, and 322 million watch hours. Of which more than 25 million viewers during the last 90 days only.

The new series seeks to benefit from this success and enhance the quality of production to raise awareness of the culture and values that the UAE represents locally and globally, in addition to addressing issues of international importance such as artificial intelligence, the role of technology and dependence on it, climate change and space exploration.

The series targets children between the ages of 6 and 12 and is funded by Mubadala and the Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Authority as part of their goal of supporting the creation of children’s content focused on inclusion, culture and the Arabic language.
