Khaled Abaalkhil, spokesman for the Ministry of Labor and Social Development and Human Resources Development Fund (HADAF), stressed that the Tamhir program aims to provide university graduates with the necessary skills and skills required for the labor market through practical training in the actual work sites according to the graduates’ Training from 3 to 6 months.
Hadaf launched the “Tamhir” training program for graduates of Saudi universities and scholarships through the National Action Portal (TAKAT) and the DROP electronic platform.
The importance of “Tamhir” in bridging the gap in the skills required between the labor market and the outputs of the universities to give the trainees the practical experience, will be provided a financial reward in support of the trainee of 3 thousand riyals per month provided by “target” during the training period, and carries risk insurance for trainees, A trainee with an approved certificate after completion of the training program increases the employability of the private sector.
The program is aimed at training university graduates within the Kingdom, and trainees must meet the obligations and training requirements at the work sites. These obligations include the completion of mandatory electronic courses, commitment to attend during the full day training period according to the approved training plan, And to complete the evaluation model requested in the program plan.
