The Abu Dhabi Housing Authority announced new updates to the infrastructure work of 4 projects of the Authority in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, with completion rates ranging from 11% to 100% for specific stages of each project.
She explained that the percentage of completion of road and infrastructure works for the Al Nod area in Al Ain city amounted to 25.76%, and it is expected that these works will be completed in the fourth quarter of next year 2024.
She added that the percentage of completion of infrastructure works for the Al-Fouah area in Al-Layem neighborhood amounted to 21.32%, and it is also expected that these works will be completed in the fourth quarter of next year 2024, and that the percentage of completion of infrastructure works for the Al-Nabbagh area in Al-Ain is 11.45%, and it is expected to complete these works. In the third quarter of 2026.
Regarding the new updates of the infrastructure works of the city of Riyadh in terms of completion rates and completion date, the Authority indicated that the completion rate of the first phase amounted to 100% and ended during the third quarter of last year 2022, and the second phase ended during the first quarter of this year with a completion rate of 100%. She added that the completion rate of the third phase of the infrastructure work for the city of Riyadh amounted to 84.73% during the third quarter of this year, and the completion rate of the fourth phase reached 81.47%, and it will be completed during the fourth quarter of this year, pointing out that the completion rate of the fifth phase has now reached 75.76%, to be completed in the first quarter of next year 2024.
