Abu Dhabi, July 13 / “EIH Ithmaar International Holding PJSC” announced its financial results for the first half of 2023, which showed that it recorded a net profit of 445 million dirhams, compared to about 24 million dirhams during the same period last year. This means an increase in its net profit amounting to 421 million dirhams, thereby strengthening its position as one of the holding companies in the country.
This remarkable increase reflects the success of EAH’s strategy of diversifying its revenue sources, which would strengthen its leading position as a holding company.
The data showed a significant increase in the company’s fixed assets, reaching 2.23 billion dirhams at the end of the first half of 2023, compared to 77.7 million dirhams in 2022.
The data also showed a significant increase in total property rights, amounting to about 1.35 billion dirhams, compared to 66.3 million dirhams during the same period last year.
Ali Al-Jubaili, Managing Director and CEO of EIH Ithmaar International Holding Company, said that these exceptional positive results in the first half of the year reflect the strong performance in all sectors of the company’s work and the huge potential for growth that confirms its leading position in the region.
