The General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai launched, on Wednesday, a visual communication service between customers and Dubai residency employees.
The new service aims to communicate via smart technologies to complete procedures and complete transactions.
The service allows customers inside and outside the country to communicate directly with Dubai residence employees to complete transactions, and to submit all documents in a record time of no more than 5 minutes, without the need to visit customer happiness service centers.
Customers can also request the service via the website or the application of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in Dubai.
