Extension of Sharjah Economic Excellence Award until the end of October

 The General Secretariat of the Sharjah Economic Excellence Award has extended the deadline for receiving applications for participation in the 2018 Award Ceremony until the end of October to allow applicants to complete all applications. The decision to extend the deadline came during the regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Sharjah Award for Economic Excellence and the Committee of the Sharjah Award for Gulf Settlement held yesterday at the Sharjah Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Sharjah Economic Excellence Award, Abdullah Al Owais, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Sharjah Economic Excellence Award, said: “The Sharjah Award for Excellence has undergone many radical changes since the launch of its new identity in 2016. The Chamber is keen to support this award and strive to develop it to advanced levels. The company’s reputation and importance as one of the most important awards to recognize the efforts of distinguished economic establishments in the emirate, the state and the region and to promote a culture of quality in accordance with the highest international standards. Al Owais reviewed the category of the new award for entrepreneurs of persons with disabilities, which was launched in support of the efforts of this group and as a constructive element in society and to encourage them to persevere in giving and doing business and contribute to production and community development.
