Bahrain and France Sign agreements worth two billion dollars

The Bahrain business delegation signed a number of agreements and memorandums of understanding with France on the sidelines of King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa’s visit to the French Republic.

The value of the agreements signed was $ 2 billion, bringing the total value of current French-Bahrain contracts to $ 4.63 billion, with the aim of boosting bilateral economic ties and increasing investment cooperation in various fields.

These agreements included a memorandum of understanding in the field of oil, aviation, capital markets, alternative investments and communication technology within the airport modernization program, as well as design and supervision of the program.
