Umm Al Quwain On February 11, His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Umm Al Quwain, and His Highness Sheikh Rashid bin Saud bin Rashid Al Mualla, Crown Prince of Umm Al Quwain, attended the reception held by His Excellency Khalifa Saeed Ghanem, Director General of the Department of Finance in Umm Al Quwain, on the occasion of the wedding His son, Hamad, to the daughter of Mr. Abdullah Rashid Al Sawaleh Al Shehhi.
