DAE has completed delivery of six Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft to Gulf Air based on the aircraft charter agreement signed in November 2017.
“These aircraft are equipped with advanced technology to help Gulf Air develop its fleet modernization strategy,” said Fayrouz Tarabur, CEO of DAE.
Gulf Air Chief Executive Officer Krishimir Kochko said: “DAE is a strategic partner of Bahrain and Gulf Air, which has played a major role in Gulf Air’s strategic direction to modernize its fleet, enrich passenger comfort and expand its network of routes.
“Gulf Air has seen an increase in customer satisfaction with the modern, highly fuel efficient 787-9 Dreamliner aircraft, which are being flown to destinations such as London, Casablanca, Bangkok and Manila,” he said.
