Dubai Innovative Enterprises, an innovative initiative of Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry (DCCI) to support entrepreneurship, today organized an integrated event of training, orientation and business meetings for participants in its “Founding Partner” program to provide a comprehensive learning platform for selecting the right business partner. .
This event is an ideal platform for entrepreneurs to highlight the concept of the founding partner and how to find the right business partner for their company. During the event, two workshops were organized on legal aspects in selecting the founding partner and the second on how to choose the partner from a human resources perspective. A special session with entrepreneurs from various sectors in the UAE about their successful and exceptional experience in researching and choosing their founding partner.
The workshop was moderated by David McKenzie, managing director of McKinsey Jones, where he highlighted how to choose the right entrepreneur or company from a human resources perspective and how to build long-term successful relationships and partnerships with the business partner.
